Dear Students,Welcome to my Nonfiction Blog. 
What is a Blog? The name is made up of a combination of Web and Log. It is an online journal, a mini web page, where Bloggers (those who keep Blogs) post their thoughts, dreams, or assignments. Since this is set up as a class Blog and your Blogs will be your class websites so to speak, they will not contain private confessional type material.The first use for your personal Blog will be as a place to post your responses to the Independent Book Packet. After you open your own Blog, you will email me the web address so that I can hyperlink to it from my Blog and go to it online to read and grade it. I will go through the step by step instructions with you to open your own Blog in class. You will have about 15 minutes at the end of each Independent Book Reading Day to write in your Blog.Good luck, do good work, and welcome to the fun filled world of Blogging.Mrs. Schulze
